All you need to do read the tips and follow it in your daily routine. Use innovation and creativity to bring about a positive change in your children's overall wellbeing.
Add lots of fruits and vegetables to their diet. Use innovation and creativity to serve them healthy portions of food that are rich in nutrients and vitamins. Limit their sugar intake to 30gms a day or lesser than that. Experiment by decorating their plates creatively or by cooking food differently, every time so that they don’t get bored of the same dish served again.
Fruits, nuts and vegetables for their breakfast, lunch and dinner will provide them with good amounts of nutrients and vitamins. Citrus fruits will provide them with adequate Vitamin C while fruits such as bananas will give them the health benefits of vitamin B6, manganese, dietary fiber and potassium.
